CSPN is committed to helping you build your human capital through the Certified Client Service Specialist and Professional Designations, workshops and professional development breakfast meetings. To top it off, we host the Customer Service Awards Gala, allowing you and your colleagues to showcase your professional development during an evening of awards, prizes and entertainment.

Welcome to CSPN’s 21st Annual Customer Service Conference!

For more than 21 years, I’ve had the privilege to witness and participate in the evolution and transformation of Customer Service. Today, experiences and service have become one of the most fundamental organizational differentiators in the marketplace. Needs, behaviours, technologies and expectations have changed, sometimes at lightening speed, making the theme for this years’ conference very apropos – Discover, Design & Deliver: Tomorrow’s Customer Experience.

On May 14th, 15th and 16th join us for 3 power packed days as we explore the many ways that Customer Service leaders and organizations have adapted and reformed how they provide and deliver exceptional Customer Service. Participate in one of our compelling ½ day workshops, tour Contact Centre facilities and enjoy an amazing mix of speakers and presenters and be prepared to take away critical insights and new ideas to help you and your organization thrive in the Customer Service arena.

You’ll enjoy stimulating presentations, ‘real-world’ case studies, a lively panel discussion and new for this year, CSPN Spark Sessions, an exciting hour of petit presentations filled to the brim with visions, expertise and learning.

CSPN will have a vendor expo for you to explore and wonderful opportunities to network with like-minded thinkers throughout the days including the always enjoyable Cocktail Reception at the end of day one to kick back, relax, connect with old friends and make some new ones.
