Our 21st Annual CSPN Customer Experience Conference will be held from May 14th, 15th & 16th, 2018 at the fabulous Globe and Mail Centre in the heart of Toronto. This exclusive conference brings together hundreds of senior industry professionals across all industries and verticals to talk all things CX, Customer Service, Digital Trends and much more. Our 21st Annual conference offers outstanding networking opportunities with decision-makers from across Canada and the U.S.

The theme for our upcoming conference is “Modernizing the Customer Experience”. We have a great lineup of high-quality speakers that will share their insights and draw directly from their personal challenges and learnings to help your company bridge the gaps between you and your customers. Over the course of the two-days, attendees will be immersed in engaging presentations, workshops and networking events, all helping them to build the future customer experience. Together we will explore emerging CX strategies, the latest technologies – Digital, Automation and Robotics and best practices to keep your organization at the forefront of CX excellence.

Located in the King East Design District just minutes from the downtown core, The Globe and Mail Centre offers elegant spaces with panoramic city and lake views from the top floors of the headquarters of Canada’s leading news organization. With wall-to-wall windows in the main event spaces, participants will also get to enjoy The Terrace, which offers a dramatic 180-degree view of the downtown skyline to the west, Lake Ontario and Toronto Islands to the south and the city’s rapidly transforming east end.
