Our 22nd Annual CSPN Customer & Employee Experience Conference was a GREAT HIT! It was held from May 28th – 29th, 2019 at the fabulous Globe and Mail Centre in the heart of Toronto. This exclusive conference brought together hundreds of senior industry professionals across all industries and verticals to talk all things CX, EX, Customer Service, Digital Trends and much more. Our 22nd Annual Conference offered outstanding networking opportunities with decision-makers from across Canada and the U.S.

The theme for the conference was “Ignite Your Customer & Employee Experience”. We had an amazing lineup of high-quality speakers who shared their insights and drew directly from their personal challenges and learnings. Over the course of the two-days, attendees were immersed in engaging presentations, workshops and networking events, all of which helped to build the future customer and employee experiences. Together we explored emerging CX strategies, the latest technologies – Digital, Automation and best practices that kept your organization at the forefront of CX and EX excellence.

Thank you for joining us on May 30, 2019 for an engaging, hands-on workshop, which followed by a tour of the GTA’s contact centre. We applied the skills learned during the conference, and learned new tools and techniques to engage, service and deliver memorable customer experiences.

YouthSpeak has empowered youth to share their inspirational and personal stories in assemblies and workshops to over 230,000 students, parents and other caring adults. With the prevalence of suicide amongst our youth today, YouthSpeak’s vision is that no child feels alone, and those who are struggling are given a message of hope, and are connected to available support.
